OUR BEACH APARTMENT
Beautiful and high quality beach apartment on the Costa del Sol. Our apartment is located in the complex “Rocas del Mar” on the outskirts of “Riviera del Sol” – directly on the sea between La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda.
Due to the south-facing orientation of the living room, winter garden, large bedroom and large bathroom, you can directly enjoy the sea and the sun in the 180 ° view from sunrise to sunset – and with a generally mild feel-good climate with an average of more than 320 sunny days a year.
The Rock of Gibraltar and the African Atlas Mountains are also usually very well to see from the apartment.

Equipment
The complex "Rocas del Mar" has 2 pools, a beautiful garden with a small restaurant - the "Garden Bar" -, further there is a tennis court in the complex. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Activities
Located in southern Spain, the sun-drenched region of "Costa del Sol" attracts not only beach lovers and sun worshipers but also golfers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers and cultural tourists.
Getting there
The apartment is located directly on the beach walk, which leads left to La Cala de Mijas and right to Marbella. The distance to Malaga Airport (Aeropuerto Costa del Sol "AGP") is a good 25 minutes by car. The connection to the public transport (bus & train) is excellent.
